The Problem

The Approach
I wanted a gamified, high-stakes setup where AI verifies progress objectively, so no one can cheat and hitting goals becomes competitive and rewarding.

Property inspections are manual, error-prone and slow to turn into accurate structural and safety reports.
The Approach
I used computer vision (YOLOv8) and generative AI to automatically spot structural anomalies, cutting inspection time and standardizing safety assessments.

The Problem

The Approach
I built it to deliver real-time neural translation in under 6 seconds over WebSockets, so one speaker can reach a multilingual audience live.
